Smokey Grape & Fern Green Makeup Look

The last day of having straight hair calls for a little change up in makeup style! As you might of noticed all month long I've kept my colors warm, and neutral in tone, since these shade undertones suit me best, but realizing many of you love bunnies are of cooler complexions, I decided to put together a flattering smokey grape (purple) eye, contrasted against a fern like green. Obviously this is dressier than other makeup looks, hence making it perfect for special occasions, but be my guest on altering it any way you please (perhaps purple on the lower lash line, and a smokey green up above).

Before you step into the sea of makeup, do have two clean blending brushes prepped, and I highly suggest beginning from the eyes, working your way out to the skin! It'll make clean-up easier, and it will ensure you full faced glam looks superb, and not dull. Last things last, take your time! Smokey eyes, or at least the well blended ones, always start somewhere. I personally like to begin with a medium toned color, working my way up to the deepest hue possible, black! Also, I like to use one blending motion-- side to side, buffing motions that coat over from the lids, up into the crease. As the pigment deepens, your blending becomes more concentrated, and less in motion! You'll notice your shadow blend seamlessly this way.

Hope you loves enjoy! Let me know in the comments your thoughts. Would you rock a contrasting, yet complimentary makeup look ;)?
